How to Download your new tone, image or video via WAP/GPRS
A few seconds after ordering you will receive an SMS message and a WAP push message
which contains a link straight to your content, you can then download your chosen
item. You will be prompted to save it to your phone. Once the item is saved you
can then cancel your WAP connection.
Configuration:
If the phone says Check your configuration, then you will need to get it configured
for WAP/GPRS. The easiest way to set up WAP/GPRS is to call the customer service
department of your network provider and get them to send you the configuration as
a text message.
I have received the content I ordered to my handset but cannot save it. Why?
You have exceeded the amount of storage space in the multimedia section of your handset.
It may be necessary to delete any unused items on your phone memory.
I have downloaded my item and cannot find it?
You will be able to find your content in the audio, image, game and download
section of your mobile phone. You will find your wap push message in your service
inbox or push messages section. All messages will be delivered within 24 hours.

What is WAP?
WAP allows you to download your order via the internet onto your phone
- as image, video, game and audio content cannot be downloaded by SMS.
You will receive a WAP Push message which will connect your phone to the internet
for a short period - this allows you to download and save your content to your phone.
Please make sure your phone is WAP compatible before ordering. Your network will
be able to configure your phone for WAP if you are having connection issues.
What is the compatibility list in the game order pages for?
To ensure your game reaches you in the correct format, please make sure
your phone is listed when ordering a game. This will ensure you receive your content
at the highest quality built to your handset specifications.
My mobile does not appear in the compatibility list. Why?
Your handset is not going to work with this content, however please check
back as this list is constantly updated.
